BLT-S800 3d metal printer has very impressive build volume which is 800mm×800mm×600mm and makes easy to meet the forming requirements of large-scale parts at a greater extent. BLT S800 offers stolution to lspecial-shaped parts, surface features, hollow mesh and etc for complex structures. In addition, while S800 additive manufacturing system makes possible to produce large scale products and it enables mass production of small and medium-sized parts.

BLT S800 3D Metal Printer system has up to 10 laser options, the production capacity can reach 250 cm³/h which increase printing efficiency. Moreover BLT 800 additive manufacturing system has two way powder coating technology, and it reduces invalid coating time and increase the printing speed. The automatic dust feeding system, together with the optional "permanent" filter for 10 years, adopts a highly adaptive design to enable long hours of work.
